Intestinal Permeability Panel – Zonulin, Anti-zonulin IgG, Anti-zonulin IgA, Anti-Actin IgG, Anti-Actin IgA, Anti-LPS IgA, Anti-LPS IgG + IgM

FDN Graduates will order this screening via the Medical Director Program. $75 USD ($65 USD for AFDNP Members).
Screening Type: Blood Serum or Dry Blood Spot – Please specify which option you’d like on the MDP order form.
Shipping: The blood draw location will ship your blood directly to Vibrant Wellness using the courier bag included with your kit (leave the kit with them and they will take care of the rest). Blood may NOT be shipped on Friday
Cost: $190 USD plus shipping (fees vary).

Test kits must be paid by the client before their test kits will ship. Patients will receive an email to log in to the Patient Portal to pay for their lab. If an order is canceled, there will be a $10-$35 processing fee to be paid to the lab.
Kits can be shipped to NY but will require a signed waiver and the kit must be drawn outside of the state.
International: The client will be responsible for finding a blood draw location and return shipping. 2-day shipping is always recommended for International shipments. Be sure to include the declaration of biological specimen forms with the shipment.
The client does not have to be consuming wheat or gluten prior to this test.
